The Hayes on Stone Way is a new construction multi-family project. Dulce Design art directed a local photoshoot to portray the charming neighborhoods of Fremont and Wallingford in Seattle. The brand story focuses on the centrally located neighborhood and the “steps” it takes to a variety of activities and entertainment in the highly walkable neighborhood.
