Prescott Homes in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle, Washington needed a brand identity and marketing collateral to advertise to potential tenants. Dulce art directed a local photoshoot to show the amenities and lifestyle of the area and created a brand identity to portray the charming neighborhood. With the use of clever signage during construction, the client was able to get a large list of warm leads before the project was completed.
