These unique residences boast expansive floor plans, top of the line amenities, and unparalleled views spanning to Seattle, the Cascade Mountains, Mount Rainier and the downtown Bellevue skyline. Using the tagline, “Only Nine” and a high end on location photoshoot, Dulce created the website and invitation to an exclusive tour of the property.

The Rise In Redmond

The Rise in Redmond is a new home development built by Element Residential and marketed by The Excell Group. These homes are perched on Education Hill above downtown Redmond. We were hired to brand the project from the logo design, to the brochure, website and gorgeous sales center. The sales center is installed in the garage of the model home so there’s an easy transition for the potential buyers to tour the model from the sales presentation.

SHAG Signage Rebrand

SHAG, Senior Housing Assistance Group, needed a cohesive branding system to use for exterior signage on their Northwest properties. SHAG’s properties were each branded onsite in the property’s name. However, the print and television advertising was advertised as SHAG. Dulce Design recommended branding the properties as SHAG with the each property’s name as a sub-brand. The end result made the brand experience consistent throughout each property and the client was able to get more out of their advertising budget by advertising all properties under one brand.
